Workshops and annual meetings are conducted by child welfare organizations where experts give advice to the parents on how to handle the child’s indiscipline and make him learn what he has done is not correct with out being harsh on him. It involves distraction or make him engrossed in some other work like games and television. The Canadian government has organized programs regarding relationship building between adults and children. It involves spending some time with children which will help parents to understand their children better.

Daily routines like going outdoors with them while buying groceries or while going for a morning walk helps them to get accustomed with the surroundings and the outside world. It is also necessary to gain the trust of the child. It is developed by being parent’s presence felt every time the child needs them, it is important to attend the child if he feels uncomfortable.
