Further, flight attendants should leave the stress at home and then report to duty with confidence and should not practice the procrastination.

While at work, they should have control over their psychological environment and not to react emotionally. For managing the risk, they should avoid unnecessary risks, should be mentally prepared to accept probable work overloads and to avoid self-inflicted stress by making early decisions, to resist any deviation from checklists, adhere to routines and mentally prepared for any delays. It should be borne in mind by flight attendants they should not pursue short cut methods to relieve themselves from stress by taking alcohol , drugs or self-medication.
